Pazar mantijas, a traditional dish from Novi Pazar, have taken the first place on the list of the best Serbian specialties according to Taste Atlas. These mantijas, which resemble Bosnian burek but differ in shape and preparation, are made from dough filled with a stuffing of minced beef and spices. The second place is occupied by the “komplet lepinja” from Užice and Zlatibor, which consists of a flatbread spread with kaymak and egg, topped with a warm meat sauce. Leskovac grill took the third place.
