Mihailo G. (37) from Novo Selo near Loznica disappeared on February 4th, allegedly after jumping into the Drina River. The search involves nine firefighters with three vehicles and three boats, and today, a water rescue team will also join the effort. The family has appealed on social media for local residents to join the search by combing the riverbanks and forests. It is suspected that Mihailo jumped into the river while fleeing from the border police, who were monitoring the transfer of goods from Serbia to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
