British police have banned the Palestinian Action protest outside Parliament after members of the group broke into a military base and attacked a police officer with a hammer last week! Yes, you read that right – a hammer! The government is seriously considering labeling this group as a terrorist organization, on par with Al Qaeda and ISIS. Palestinian Action has now moved their protest to Trafalgar Square, but how long will that be allowed? Is this repression or a necessary crackdown on violence? Or just another sign that free speech in the UK has an expiration date? Come on, comment below – do you support the ban or think it’s over the top? Don’t stay silent, let your voice be heard!
