Brutal Domestic Violence Near Plav: Brother in Law Beats Sister in Law Over Drill!

Hell in the Village of Bogaajiće near Plav!

The end of June turned into a nightmare for a woman from Plav, Z.M., who was brutally beaten by her brother-in-law O.C. in their family home. And all this started over a simple drill! Yes, you read that right – a drill! Z.M. just wanted to take her tool and commented that no one returns borrowed things, and then the nightmare began.

Threats and Beatings That Chill the Blood

The brother-in-law, who has been living and working in Germany for 35 years, did not hesitate to threaten: “Don’t bark, or I’ll break your neck if I come there!”. When Z.M. tried to escape, he grabbed her by the forearms, threw her on the terrace floor, and continued to hit her with fists and feet. The injuries were so severe that she had to be taken to emergency medical care.

Justice on Hold, But Detention Ordered

The court acted quickly and ordered a 30-day detention for O.C., a decision confirmed by the Higher Court in Bijelo Polje. The prosecution charges him with domestic violence. There is reasonable suspicion that he committed a criminal offense, and detention was ordered due to the risk of flight and influence on witnesses.

A Family Nightmare Shaking Montenegro

This case is not isolated. Domestic violence is a burning issue in the region, and such brutality shocks the public. Is it possible that such chaos erupted over a drill? Is domestic violence a topic that is sufficiently discussed or still covered up?

Imagine – a Tool as a Trigger for Violence!

While society fights the problem of violence against women, such cases show how serious the situation is. Violence does not choose a reason, but this case with a drill as a trigger is truly bizarre and deserves all the attention of the media and institutions.
