Here it comes, dear high school graduates of Serbia! After struggling through your final exams and finally qualifying for high school admission, the real drama begins – filling out your wish lists! Yes, you heard that right, from July 1st to 3rd, on the “My High School” portal or directly at your home schools, you must choose your future educational paths. But it’s not just a simple choice – there are instructions in video and PDF formats, because, of course, nothing can be simple in our system.
The accuracy check of the wish lists is on July 3rd starting at 8 AM, and until 3 PM you can submit complaints and corrections. Final results will be published on July 5th, and the results of the small maturity exams were already released on June 29th.
Sounds like everything is under control, right? But who knows how many students will truly understand this process and be happy with their choices. The system is there, but is it really tailored for the youth or just another bureaucratic maze?
If you’ve been through this or are in the process, drop a comment below and tell us – is this really the easiest way to decide your future or just another nightmare for graduates?
