Is this a new record for reckless driving? Among those caught were a 35-year-old Citroen driver with 1.86‰ blood alcohol content, a 20-year-old Opel driver with 1.85‰, and even a 90-year-old cyclist with 1.51‰! Yes, you read that right — 90 years old and drunk on a bicycle!
