A woman had a nut allergy; a child fell off a slide.

The emergency services had two significant interventions: a woman had a severe allergic reaction to pistachios, which required the use of adrenaline, while a child suffered a fall from a slide in a children’s park. The woman was successfully treated, and the child was first taken to the Emergency Center and then to Tiršova. Fortunately, the child is now well, although the injury initially seemed serious. Dr. Stefanović emphasized the importance of carrying adrenaline for patients prone to anaphylaxis.
