This 13-meter bus can travel an incredible 700 kilometers on a single charge thanks to its massive Blade battery. Charging? Ultra-fast! Two DC ports at 180 kW or a pantograph at 250 kW juice up this bus like you’re filling gas in an old car – only way faster and noiseless.
The bus seats 49 passengers and fits another 29 standing – perfect for city and suburban routes. And not just that, the platform and batteries are part of the chassis, meaning better efficiency, safety, and comfort. BYD has already received over 6 orders from 26 European countries. Yep, the Chinese are slowly but surely taking over the old continent!
Tesla, Volkswagen, and others – brace yourselves!
While Tesla has 7.3 million registered vehicles and Volkswagen 4.3 million, BYD is throwing shade on them all. And that’s not all – the Chinese maker isn’t stopping at cars; it’s expanding its empire into electric buses, a huge step in the fight for cleaner air and modern public transport.
