Veljko is a defensive midfielder, born on May 28 in Belgrade, who won the Serbian cadet championship with Red Star. The director of Čukarički’s youth academy, Goran Arnaut, stated that signing Žurić is a significant achievement for the club and expects him to soon become a first-team player.
