Detention Extended for Three Accused of Smuggling in Montenegro

The drama continues in Montenegro with three accused smugglers! The Supreme Court has extended the detention of M.M., V.M., and Ž.B., on solid grounds that they formed a criminal organization and engaged in smuggling. The detention was extended due to flight risk, the possibility of reoffending, and obstruction of justice. M.M. is in the spotlight, facing up to ten years or more in prison because of the severity and consequences of the crime. Their detention was first ordered on April 12 last year and can now last until October 10. Is this just the tip of the iceberg, or will justice finally be served? Montenegro is not backing down in the fight against smuggling! What do you think? Drop a comment, let’s see who’s on whose side!
