Singer Đovani Bajramović recently welcomed his eighth child with his eighth wife, a daughter named Ruža. Yes, you read that right — eighth child! Đovani has been married seven times before, and with each ex-wife, he has one child. In total, he has six sons and one daughter. He even admitted that he met one of his sons only after the boy became an adult. “I was young and wild when I had him,” he confessed. Now, he says he plans to stop expanding his family. One child per wife — that’s his life motto.
But wait, the names of his children are a real treat! Mercedes, Porsche, Rambo, Leonardo Franko — sounds like he’s created his own little car and movie team. If the next child is a boy, the name will be Sandokan; if a girl, Mara, because, as he says, “we Roma always have some Maras.”
Đovani is not just known for his big family but also for the hefty fees he commands at weddings abroad. He claims his fees can reach up to 10,000 euros per event, and he has brought along other famous singers like Snežana Đurišić, Ljuba Aličić, and Šerif Konjević. “I sang at the biggest weddings where stars from Belgrade came to perform, and I was hitting million-euro weddings,” he proudly states.
His career has had its ups and downs, but Đovani seems to be enjoying life to the fullest. “I don’t live for years, I live for enjoyment,” he says. While many comment on his life as chaotic and unusual, Đovani remains true to himself and his choices.
