The Chinese online platform Temu has quickly gained popularity worldwide, including in Croatia, where packages arrive without issues, unlike in the USA where USPS has suspended incoming packages from China and Hong Kong. Although the low prices have attracted many buyers, a study by a German trade association found that some products from Temu may be dangerous to users. The products showed deformities and a lack of safety, with misuse of CE markings. The association warned of the risks and demanded urgent measures from the authorities.
