The City Council of Sremska Mitrovica has adopted a draft of changes in the management of public parking, aiming to improve parking organization and protect the rights of people with disabilities. The proposed changes include stricter penalties for illegal parking and clarification of responsibilities for temporary and occasional parking areas. Penalties for parking in spaces designated for people with disabilities and other unauthorized locations have been increased. Citizens will be required to express their opinion on the quality of services provided once a year, and dissatisfaction will be addressed.
