A black car drove into a crowd in front of the Institute of Mental Health in Belgrade, hitting two women. The police have detained the driver and are continuing the investigation. The incident occurred during a 15-minute memorial event, and the driver of the “Golf,” V.S. (19), initially stopped and then accelerated. The police found the driver and the vehicle at the scene. Additionally, there was another incident at Vidikovac when a “Fiat” driver went through an intersection, but no injuries were reported. Traffic blockades have been organized.
