The Higher Court’s Pre-Trial Chamber in Kraljevo has confirmed the indictment against a member of the Serbian Army, M. V. from Niš, for the criminal offense of “serious offense against public traffic safety.” M. V. is accused due to an accident on the Kraljevo – Raška road, where, under the influence of alcohol, he was driving a military vehicle that caused a collision with a passenger car. Five people, including three children, died in the accident. The main hearing is to be scheduled within 30 days of the confirmation.
