Under the project “Identifying Causes of Long-Term Unemployment of Older Women in Serbia and North Macedonia,” a survey is being conducted. The goal? To find out why women over 50 can’t get jobs and how to help them get back into the workforce. The project is funded by the Visegrad Fund and focuses on Belgrade.
