Selling rare coins is popular in Croatia. Check value first.

The sale of rare coins is becoming popular in Croatia, but experts warn that sellers often ask for more than the actual value of the coins. Citizens are increasingly interested in the small change they receive, and some are using apps to estimate the value. A seller from Zagreb is offering coins with printing errors for 45,000 euros, but a buyer has not yet been found. Coins featuring the image of Dutch Queen Beatrix are popular among collectors, but their value is often not as high as the asking price. Experts advise buyers to be cautious.
