Vladica Popović from Čačak has been accused of taking his underage son without the knowledge of the mother, Ankica, to whom the child was entrusted by court decision. The incident occurred from April 9th to May 15th in Velika Plana, when Popović took the son without the mother’s consent. Ankica did not see her son for a month and a half, although the disappearance was reported to the police. Popović was arrested on May 15th in Belgrade, and the child was taken by the Social Work Center. The prosecution has proposed a one-year prison sentence with the possibility of serving it.
