Cetinje is burning, and firefighters are fighting like lions! Firefighters in Cetinje have been working non-stop for days, battling fires at multiple locations. The situation is so serious that a helicopter is involved in the firefighting efforts. At the Borovik site, a water reservoir has been installed from which the helicopter scoops water to douse the flames. Just yesterday, the helicopter flew for seven hours and dropped a staggering 66 tons of water in 78 buckets! Despite all efforts, the fires continue to rage, especially in hard-to-reach areas and under scorching temperatures. Miloš Ćećanović, head of the protection and rescue service, bluntly states that human negligence is the main culprit behind this disaster. Is it really that hard to obey the ban on open fires? These hot summer days are no time to play with fire! The rescue services are urging citizens to be responsible and help prevent the spread of fires. If not, the next thing we might see won’t just be smoke, but a full-blown catastrophe. What do you think? Is negligence to blame, or is there something else?
