The married couple Dragan and Dragana Živanić from Gornji Smrtići in Bosnia and Herzegovina are parents to two sets of twins. Their children, Ognjen and Tatjana, are six years old, while Ivana and Emilija are six months old. Initially surprised when they found out they were expecting twins, the couple experienced shock and disbelief when it happened a second time. Each pregnancy brought challenges, but also great joy. During the second pregnancy, Dragana went through risky situations, but Ivana and Emilija are healthy today.
