Apartment prices in Belgrade continue to rise, especially in New Belgrade, Čukarica, Banovo Brdo, and Zvezdara. Investors justify this by the increased costs of materials and labor. Expert Milić Đoković advises not to delay purchasing an apartment because loan rates will rise when square meter prices drop. He also emphasizes the importance of paying attention to factors like walls, floors, and proximity to key facilities when choosing an apartment. Although there is a stagnation in the market, a price increase is expected due to shortages.
