The modules come with all necessary connections, floors, walls, and a kitchen, and are easily assembled like LEGO bricks. The houses are built according to the EnEv 40 standard and have a QNG certificate. The advantages of this system include low energy consumption, solid construction, and good sound insulation. The brick walls are 42.5 cm thick on the outside.
