In Novi Pazar, a pack of stray dogs attacked a ten-year-old girl who sustained serious injuries. Bystanders immediately came to her aid, and she was taken to the hospital where she is in stable condition. Incidents with stray dogs are frequent, and plans for a dog shelter to solve the problem have been postponed for years. The shelter is being built at the Golo Brdo landfill, 25 kilometers from Novi Pazar.
