Where Did the Pharmacist from Niš Disappear? One Year Without a Trace!
Do you believe in mysteries that last for years? Get ready for one of the strangest stories from Serbia! Milan Đorđević, a pharmacist from Niš, disappeared exactly one year ago, and since then – no trace, no word! His official car was found in front of a mountain lodge at Bojanine Vode, with his personal belongings inside, but Milan himself? Gone without a trace.
How Did It All Start?
On June 18 last year, Milan went to work as usual. After having coffee with his mother, he attended a meeting at the Niš Clinical Center and was recorded by security cameras around Niš. His last message to his wife was that he wouldn’t make it to pick up their daughter from kindergarten. And that was the last anyone saw or heard from him.
A Search With No Results
His family immediately launched a search. His official Škoda car was found parked in front of the mountain lodge, with his mobile phones, laptop, and wallet inside. A tracking dog picked up his scent in only three spots near the lodge, but beyond that – nothing. No body, no evidence, no answers.
Conspiracy Theories and Mysteries
Former police inspector Bratislav Timotijević suggested three possible theories: Milan either died at the hands of unknown perpetrators, died somewhere in the mountains, or, under some pressure, decided to disappear on his own. His family, especially his mother Marica, hasn’t lost hope, but a year without any new information casts a dark shadow over the case.
What’s Next?
The Serbian Orthodox Church checked if Milan might have gone to a monastery, but got a negative response. The family still waits for a miracle, and we’re all left wondering: where is Milan Đorđević? Is it really possible for someone to vanish without a trace in the 21st century?
