Guns N’ Roses Rocked Ušće: Three Hours of Madness, 50,000 Fans, and Token Chaos!

A night Belgrade won’t forget! American rock giants Guns N’ Roses held a spectacular concert at Ušće, performing for over 50,000 fans. Three hours of nonstop music, ending with the legendary hit “Paradise City,” proved why these guys are still kings of the scene.

Massive Crowds and Security Chaos Gates opened at 5 PM, with several rings set up around the venue for easier and safer entry. Eight kilometers of fencing were installed, and besides uniformed police, plainclothes officers were present. Nikola Tesla Boulevard, Trešnjinog Cveta, and Branko’s Bridge were closed to traffic from the start of the concert until 3 AM.

Three Hours of Rock Madness The concert started just after 8 PM, and the crowd enjoyed three hours of nonstop playing. Lines were huge, especially at food and drink stands. But here comes the real drama – beer cost 300 dinars, water 150, and hot dogs 400 dinars. The token payment system, meant to simplify purchases, didn’t work, causing real confusion and frustration among fans.

Why Such Chaos? Organizers clearly underestimated logistics. Imagine coming to enjoy a concert, only to fight a broken payment system and endless lines. Plus, the massive crowd and road closures made things even worse.

Guns N’ Roses Still Rule Despite all the problems, the band showed why they’re legends. They played for three hours, closing with one of the greatest hits ever – “Paradise City.” The crowd sang along, and the atmosphere was electric.

The Bottom Line? Guns N’ Roses proved they’re still unstoppable, but organizers could learn a thing or two about managing big events. Planning to hit the next concert? Bring patience and maybe some cash for drinks – tokens seem to be just for show.

So, were you at the concert? How did you survive the token chaos? Or got even crazier stories? Drop a comment, let’s laugh or rage together!
