Hajduk and the Referee Mafia: Pavasović Visković Spills the Beans!

Hajduk kicked off the new season with a new head coach Gonzalo Garcia and a new supervisory board, but the real drama is happening behind the scenes. Ljubo Pavasović Visković, a member of the supervisory board and a well-known lawyer, is not holding back when talking about the Croatian refereeing organization. He openly claims that the refereeing organization has been defective from the start and that Hajduk has been suffering injustice on the field for years.

Pavasović Visković is particularly outraged by the inconsistent refereeing criteria, where in one round a player can get a yellow card for a minor foul, and in the next round the same referee pulls out a red card for a similar or even milder foul. He points out that the refereeing organization has been massacring clubs like Osijek and Istra for three years, and no one speaks up.

After the incident in Slovenia, where a conflict occurred between Hajduk players and local security guards, Pavasović Visković defended the players, especially Marko Livaja, stating that nothing serious happened that would warrant such media attention. He also revealed that Hajduk refused to pay off the security guards who demanded money to keep the incident out of the media.

At the same time, Hajduk showed unity and support for captain Livaja by posting a team photo with the message “Good morning everyone, who understands, understands.” This message sparked many speculations, but it is clear the club stands behind its players.

Besides all this, Hajduk plans a more serious and professional approach in club operations, aiming to raise the level of professionalism not seen in the last 35 years. Pavasović Visković also emphasizes that Hajduk must have its place in the Croatian Football Federation and expects a reasonable and smart dialogue with the current HNS president.

All this indicates that a real revolution is brewing at Hajduk, but conflicts with the refereeing organization will remain the number one topic. If you think football is just a game, think again – this is a war for justice on and off the pitch!

So, what do you think? Is Hajduk finally ready to take on the crooked referees and clean up Croatian football? Or is this just another season of the same old drama? Drop your thoughts below and let the debate begin!
