Plane and helicopter crash near Reagan Airport; many dead.

An airplane and a helicopter collided near the runway of Reagan Airport in Washington. At least 20 bodies have been recovered from the water, and there are no survivors. The helicopter was on a training flight. The tragedy could have been avoided if the helicopter pilot had followed air traffic control instructions. The search is taking place in the Potomac River and is expected to last for days. The airplane had 60 passengers and four crew members, while the helicopter had three soldiers on board.
