This week marks the beginning of the demolition of Hotel Park in Novi Sad, as announced by the company Inobačka. The demolition is complex, so all 10 floors will be removed individually. The company has engaged experts in demolition and waste management, implementing LEED certification for green building. The project is being carried out based on a permit from the City Administration for Urban Planning and Construction Works, with the consent of the Environmental Protection Administration. A new hotel of a global brand with 235 rooms and a conference center will be built on the site of the hotel.
