Hamas has handed over three Israeli hostages to the Red Cross in Gaza, including Keith Siegel, a citizen of the USA and Israel. The hostages were handed over in Khan Younis, and Siegel was seen waving to the crowd at the Gaza port. The handover went without incident. According to the truce between Israel and Hamas, Israel is expected to release 180 Palestinian prisoners.
