Irregularities at Polling Stations in Kosjerić and Zaječar

Voting in the elections in the municipality of Kosjerić and the city of Zaječar was marked by numerous irregularities, including photographing ballots, presence of suspicious individuals, organized transport of voters, attempts to vote without ID cards, inserting multiple ballots into one box, voting outside the voting booth, and preventing observers from entering. Some members of the election boards remained passive in the face of these irregularities, while others violated rules, compromising the secrecy of the vote. Cases of cameras being installed and the use of UV lamps contrary to regulations were also reported.
