Israel has released 110 Palestinian prisoners as part of a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip. The release is part of an exchange for Israeli hostages. More than 100 Palestinian prisoners were released from Ofer prison and arrived in Ramallah. An Israeli hostage, soldier Agam Berger, was freed in the Gaza Strip and returned to Israel. During the truce, Hamas will release 33 Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. Incidents occurred during previous hostage releases.
