Ju Grupa Recorded New Reggae Versions of Their Hits in Jamaica

Members of the legendary Serbian rock band Ju Grupa recorded new reggae versions of their most famous songs in Jamaica, collaborating with Jamaican musicians. The project was presented at Dorćol Plac in Belgrade, and the music videos were filmed in the legendary Tuff Gong studio in Kingston. This musical meeting of Serbian rock and Jamaican reggae marks the band’s 55 years of career and strengthens cultural ties between Serbia and Jamaica. The project was initiated by the honorary consul of Jamaica in Belgrade, Mirko Miljuš, and produced by Voja Aralica. Ju Grupa will perform together with the legendary band The Wailers at the Rock Village festival in August.
