Kerum Attacks Krstulović Opara After Split Elections

Željko Kerum in his latest Facebook post sharply criticized Andro Krstulović Opara, calling him a moral zero and a fraud. Kerum emphasized that Šuta, the new mayor of Split, deserves support to fulfill his promises, while describing Opara as a person without expertise and knowledge. Kerum also recalled his previous statements about Opara, including claims that he would die, which did not happen. The political situation in the Split City Council is such that the most likely majority option is an agreement between HDZ and Kerum’s HGS coalition along with the Most-HSP coalition.

Political Perspectives:

Left: Left-leaning outlets might emphasize Kerum’s aggressive rhetoric and personal attacks on Opara, framing it as political mudslinging and a distraction from governance. They may highlight the need for accountability and criticize Kerum’s past political behavior.

Center: Centrist sources tend to report the facts of the political conflict, focusing on the election results, coalition possibilities, and the statements made by Kerum without strong bias. They present the political dynamics in Split objectively, noting the challenges in forming a majority.

Right: Right-leaning media may highlight Kerum’s support for the new mayor Šuta and frame Kerum’s criticism of Opara as justified due to Opara’s alleged incompetence and moral failings. They might emphasize the potential for a new political majority that could bring change and stability.
