British King Charles III and Queen Camilla will visit Italy and the Vatican at the beginning of April, where they will meet with Pope Francis on the occasion of the Catholic Jubilee. The visit will include Rome and Ravenna and will highlight the strong relations between Italy and the United Kingdom. This will be Charles’s first foreign visit this year. They are also scheduled to visit the Sistine Chapel, and the visit coincides with the 20th anniversary of Charles and Camilla’s marriage. Charles has previously met with Pope Francis and other popes during previous visits.
