The sale of agricultural land has reached a price of 39 euros per square meter in the municipality of Surčin, Jakovo, for a plot of 4,097 square meters, with a total of 74.9 million euros allocated for agricultural land according to the report from the Republic Geodetic Authority. The largest share in real estate transactions is made up of apartment sales at 59%, while 10% of real estate is financed through loans, with credit financing for apartments increasing to 24% compared to the previous year.
The priciest farmland was sold in Surčin for 39€/m².
