The Third Basic Court in Belgrade has ordered detention for N. M. (59) on suspicion of unauthorized possession of 1,249 packs of cigarettes without excise stamps. N. M. is suspected of the criminal offense of Unauthorized Trade of Excise Products. Detention was ordered because he had previously been convicted for the same offense. The suspect denied the criminal act during his defense statement.
