Milan Jakšić, a member of the Auto Moto Sports Club Kotor, won the second race of the Montenegro Hill Climb Championship at the Tara track, driving a Honda Civic. After being the fastest in the training sessions, Jakšić completed the 4 km track in 4 minutes and 37 seconds, leaving behind Mila Malović and Darko Ivanović. The race counted towards the national championship of Montenegro, the Central European zone, as well as the championships of Serbia. A total of 40 racers from nine Montenegrin clubs participated. The race was jointly organized by the Sports Auto Karting Association of Serbia and the Auto Karting Association of Montenegro.
