Miroslav Aleksić from the People’s Movement of Serbia proposed the formation of a transitional government with the goals of meeting student demands, combating corruption, and preparing for free elections. The government’s term would be 12 months, with up to 18 ministries and a presidential committee. According to the proposal, the president would be chosen by the university in blockade, while the vice presidents would be selected by both the government and the opposition.
