Preparations of Montenegro Women’s Junior Basketball Team for the European Championship

The Montenegro women’s junior basketball team secured a convincing victory against the North Macedonia team in preparation for the European Championship, which will be held in Spain from July 5 to 13. Coach Petar Stojanović took the opportunity to give all players a chance and test various tactical ideas. The top scorer was Janja Dragišić with 17 points, while Anastasija Kasalica and Blanka Jovović added 14 and 10 points respectively. Montenegro will play four more friendly matches, including games against Slovenia and Croatia. At the European Championship, Montenegro is in Group A alongside the current champion France, Serbia, and Israel.
