MUP Work Results on Police Day

On the occasion of Police Day, Ivica Dačić announced the results of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ work during the past year. It was highlighted that the overall crime rate, including murders, vehicle thefts, rapes, and domestic violence, was the lowest in the last 25 years. There were nearly 40 emergency interventions, and firefighters and rescuers saved more than a thousand human lives. Dačić emphasized the importance of professionalizing the police, improving material conditions and equipment, and ensuring peace and stability in Serbia. He also recalled the tradition and sacrifices of the police throughout history.
