Mysterious Passage of Special Forces Officer and Robot Through Podgorica Tunnel: Who’s Hiding the Truth?

Have you ever heard about the tunnel leading to the Higher Court’s depot in Podgorica? No? You’re not alone! The court still doesn’t know which special forces officer passed through that tunnel together with a bomb-detection robot. Yes, you read that right – a special forces officer and a robot went through that mysterious tunnel, and Judge Borko Lončar is now demanding to know the identity of that brave officer.

This tunnel, dug in September to the depot where evidence is stored, has become the center of investigation and controversy. The court ordered all records from the counter-sabotage protection group to be obtained, and the police officer Đokica Braunović, who made the report, to be questioned.

But wait, there’s more! During the trial of the accused tunnel diggers, members of the group that conducted the counter-sabotage inspection were heard, and the court reviewed video footage from surveillance cameras. However, the defense complained about the poor quality of the footage and lack of time correlation.

The special forces officer, known only as Tomo, first entered a few meters into the tunnel, and the next day passed through its entire length, following the robot. The robot went first, and the officer immediately behind it. If there had been any explosive device, they would have turned back immediately. But nothing was found.

Judge Lončar also read the government’s conclusion, which gave consent for restoring the tunnel to its original state, but lawyers argue that the government had no right to carry out any works while the investigation is ongoing.

This story is a real drama with elements of mystery, justice, and politics. Who is the special forces officer? Why didn’t the court know about his passage? Did the government break the law? And what is hidden in that tunnel?
