New Republic Administrative Fees from July 1: How Much Will We Pay Now?
Get your wallets ready because starting July 1 this year, new republic administrative fees are coming into effect! The Tax Administration has announced new tariffs that will apply, and both citizens and legal entities will have to dig deeper into their pockets.
What’s changing?
Submitting requests, unless otherwise specified by law, will now be subject to new fees. For example, for a certificate of residency for the purpose of applying double taxation avoidance agreements, individuals will pay 2,000 dinars, while legal entities will have to pay 6,000 dinars.
Appeals against decisions in administrative procedures will also be charged 2,000 dinars. Issuing certificates or confirmations will have their own fees, and if you need a copy of some act or document, or a half-tab of the original, be prepared for additional costs.
Special cases
For tax certificates and deferral of tax debt payment, fees are specially defined. For instance, the request for issuing a tax certificate costs a total of 3,000 dinars, while deferring tax debt payment costs a total of 1,200 dinars.
Why does this matter?
These changes directly affect citizens and businesses that deal with administrative procedures daily. The increase in fees can further burden budgets, especially small businesses and individuals who frequently use these services.
Is this the end?
Probably not. With new laws and regulations, we can expect more changes in the future. So it’s important to follow official announcements and be prepared for new expenses.
Conclusion
From July 1, administrative fees in the Republic will not be the same. Prepare for new amounts and don’t be surprised when you next submit a request or ask for a certificate. If you have experience with these fees or think they are too high, feel free to share your opinion – maybe together we can start a real conversation!
So, who’s ready to pay another fee? Or maybe you have a good joke about bureaucracy? Drop it in the comments, let’s have a laugh at ourselves!
