According to the report by the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services of Montenegro, at the end of April there were 1.36 million mobile phone users in Montenegro, representing an increase of 0.24% compared to March and 4.41% compared to the same period last year. Mobile penetration stands at 78%. The largest number of users is with the operator m:tel at 42.19%, followed by Crnogorski Telekom at 34.44% and Telekabel at 23.37%. The share of postpaid users is 61.14%, while prepaid users account for 38.86%.
