Opposition blocked halls, but Čarapić wasn’t stopped.

After the session of the Montenegrin Parliament, the opposition blocked the hallway, preventing MP Vasilije Čarapić from passing through. Eventually, DPS deputies allowed Čarapić and Boris Pejović to enter the room to avoid further congestion. Boris Mugoša from the Social Democrats accused the president of the parliament, Andrija Mandić, of undemocratic actions. Mandić dismissed the possibility of an opposition coalition with PES and announced the removal of opposition deputies from sessions for 15 days.
