Police search for driver who hit and killed officer.

The police are searching for a driver who killed police officer S.J. (46) on Kumodraška Street. Near her body, parts of a vehicle and a license plate were found, which are being checked to see if they belong to the driver who fled. The body was discovered this morning around 5 a.m., and the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade has ordered an autopsy. The search for the driver is ongoing.
