Zlatibor Mountain was the most visited mountain resort in Serbia in December of last year, with 34,950 guests, while Kopaonik and Fruška Gora took second and third place. The most numerous foreign tourists were Bulgarians, followed by tourists from North Macedonia, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Greece. Belgrade was the most visited city with over 126,137 guests, followed by Novi Sad and Niš. A total of 40,543 tourists visited spas, with Vrnjačka Banja being the most visited. Serbia was visited by 184.
Zlatibor was the top mountain spot in Serbia last December.
