Dečić, if they get past Rapid Vienna, will meet either Scotland’s Dundee United or Luxembourg’s Union Strassen. Sutjeska, if they beat Beitar Jerusalem, will face the winner between Riga from Latvia and Dila from Georgia. The first matches are scheduled for August 7, with the return legs a week later. This is a golden opportunity for Montenegrin clubs to show their teeth on the European stage and maybe cause an upset. But will they seize this chance or will it remain just a dream?
