Fire in High Rise on Voždovac: Young Man with Minor Burns, Residents Evacuated

Early this morning, a fire broke out in a high-rise building in Voždovac, engulfing the kitchen and living room on the fourth floor. Residents were evacuated due to heavy smoke and the risk of the fire spreading. A young man who tried to extinguish the fire suffered minor burns on his hands but, fortunately, is not in serious condition. Firefighters responded quickly and prevented the fire from spreading to other apartments. The incident was reported to the Second Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, and the injured man was treated at the Emergency Center.
