The Regulation on Technical Conditions for the Registration of Prepaid Services has been amended, allowing users to continuously use mobile services until April 10, 2025. After this date, unregistered users will have access only to minimal services for registration and emergency calls. All new prepaid users from February 10, 2025, must register either physically or online.
