Today marks 18 years since the murder of lawyer Momir Lazić. Although the crime was committed on February 1, 2007, the case remains unsolved, and no one has been brought to justice. Lawyer Lazić was killed in his home in Senta with two gunshots. The investigation did not indicate that the crime was committed for profit, as the house was not searched, and the foreign currency remained untouched. Although the police claimed the case was solved in June 2007, the perpetrator was not prosecuted.
